DELIVERIES

Products are dispatched from Italy and will be delivered in accordance with the shipping option selected during the checkout process. Any delivery timeframes indicated on the website or at checkout are provided for guidance only and should be considered approximate.

For international orders, fulfilment, shipping arrangements and related services may be managed by our global ecommerce partner Global-e and by logistics providers selected according to the destination country.

  1. During checkout, customers will be informed of the available shipping methods, estimated delivery timelines, destination limitations and, where applicable, any import duties, taxes or additional governmental charges related to the country of delivery.

  2. Where the option is available, applicable duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout. If such charges are not prepaid, customers may be required to settle them directly with the relevant authorities or delivery partner prior to or at the time of delivery.

  3. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and cross-border inspections by competent authorities, which may affect delivery timing.

  4. Delivery is generally made to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be redirected to a local depot or collection point according to the carrier’s procedures.

  5. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address or for following the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection where applicable.

  6. If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer or local import requirements, additional storage, return or administrative costs may apply. Such costs may be deducted from any applicable refund in accordance with the relevant return conditions.

  7. Shipping costs and any applicable thresholds for free shipping are clearly indicated during checkout and form part of the total order value at the time the purchase is confirmed.
