Our watches have been manufactured in accordance with the authentic Swiss watchmaking tradition and have been individually tested to guarantee their perfect water-tightness and efficiency. Nonetheless, they are covered by an international limited warranty against all manufacturing defects. This warranty will last TWO YEARS starting from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with the terms specified below.
WHAT’S COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
In compliance with the two-year limited warranty, echo/neutra® will repair, free of charge, any fault related to watch functions that may result from a manufacturing defect. Claims under the warranty should be sent by email to email@example.com, with a description of the problem, a photo of the serial number, a photo of the Warranty Card and one of the fault if obvious – together with your personal information (including your residence address). If your claim is accepted, you will be contacted by our after sales service.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
- Any damage to the case or movement caused by moisture that has entered the watch due to improper use.
- Contact with water with an open crown.
- Damage caused by maintenance not carried out properly.
- Top crystal and back glass.
- Watch wear, breaks, damage such as scratches, falls and impacts.
- More generally, the warranty will not apply in the event of improper or not recommended use of the watch.
There are also some LIMITATIONS to the warranty and for this reason, it is essential to read the following paragraphs. The warranty will be considered void if the Warranty Card is incomplete or has been modified or altered in any way. The Warranty Card is only valid if the watch was sold by echo/neutra® or an authorised dealer.
Any service performed under this warranty will not extend its validity or affect its terms.
This warranty automatically cancels and supersedes any other warranty provided by national laws, including the implied warranty of commercial quality. The local regulations of some countries may not allow the exclusion or limitation of accessory or indirect damages, in this case, the aforementioned limitations or exclusions do not apply.
This warranty grants specific rights, and local regulations, which vary from country to country, may grant others. Only echo/neutra® is authorised to decide on the repairing or replacement of the watches covered by this international warranty. This warranty will not affect your legal consumer rights. Please ensure that this booklet contains a Warranty Card, otherwise you will not be covered by the limited warranty described above.
The booklet inside the packaging contains a number of recommendations for the use and care of your watch. Please strictly follow them as the warranty is not applicable in case of inappropriate use or care. In particular, to ensure your watch water-tightness, make sure that the crown is pushed down into its use position (fully tightened) after adjusting the day, date or time.
