We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund of the item’s value (excluded shipping costs), store credit, or an exchange.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. To return an item, firstly you have to inform us by email to email@example.com address, explaining us your intention, then place it securely in its original packaging and mail your return to our headquarter (the following address).

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The extra straps or other items must also be in the original packaging.
The goods are your responsibility until we receive them so please use a tracked and signed delivery service to track the return of your parcel. Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. ENCQ Srl is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
