By clicking “Agree to Terms” you are agreeing to our terms for pre-ordering a product from our company. You understand that the product you’ve pre-ordered will arrive at a later date and understand that you will not be able to receive or request a refund until after the watches arrive for delivery or thereafter.
PRE ORDER REGISTRATION: When placing a Pre-Order for the Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.
ENCQ Srl shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. In the case of Pre-Order you can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
PAYMENT: Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve a timepiece from an upcoming production run. Payment is required in full in exchange for a limited number of pieces and a substantial saving on the planned e-commerce standard price. You will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility. Any discount coupon code is not valid for this pre-order promotion.
TIMELINE: Production has been started in the end of May and we hope to have the watches ready to ship in November 2020. Our goal is to keep production on schedule, but minor delays can happen. You understand that these delays may occur and that you agree to order the product based on that knowledge.
SHIPPING: The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
Products are expected to be ready to ship at the date provided on the product page during placing your order, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.
In the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, ENCQ srl is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
REFUND: Pre-orders can be cancelled within one day (24h) from the order date by contacting us. After this period your pre-order is not refundable until the production is complete (the date reported in the product description page or later based on any delays).
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the item’s value, store credit, or an exchange. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURN: To return an item, firstly you have to inform us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org address, explaining us your intention, then place it securely in its original packaging and mail your return to our headquarter (the address here below).

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The extra straps or other items must also be in the original packaging.
The goods are your responsibility until we receive them so please use a tracked and signed delivery service to track the return of your parcel. Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. ENCQ Srl is not responsible for items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
